Currently  the facility is open 9 till 5 am with the site under a 25 year lease with the Landlord. 12 years into the lease, we propose that we contact the landlord for to extend from 9 till 5 to 24/7 for the Knee Replacement Centre to operate 24/7
 
We believe that Fareham Community Hospital is not fully optimized. There is no doubt in our mind that we will eliminate waiting lists, on knee assessment and knee replacements. There is of course a great deal of obstacle's and red tape, most of which are just ways to stop change. People inherently do not like change.

We propose a taskforce called Project Eagle 3 to rapidly get all the info and get all this dine within 3 months from today 19/08/2023
